In the past I found a number of learning difficulties amongst children were too readily put down to language & cultural difference. Families ashamed of their child getting an LD label often colluded with this. Just a thought!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01109087847023130544noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1016904785776950121.post-69627062064856986842015-11-03T10:05:30.228+00:002015-11-03T10:05:30.228+00:00;(;(Chris Hattonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05299821560069281510noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1016904785776950121.post-37275525289097413702015-11-03T10:04:23.538+00:002015-11-03T10:04:23.538+00:00Thanks very much for pointing me to this Samuel - ...Thanks very much for pointing me to this Samuel - much appreciated.Chris Hattonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05299821560069281510noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1016904785776950121.post-71476311158929318142015-11-03T00:31:49.761+00:002015-11-03T00:31:49.761+00:00One of my blog pieces might be of interest. You had to get right to the end to read the statement that the mother herself had quite major learning disabilities, and no-one looking after her.

So yes, prisons, park benches and the sanctioned end of the dole queue seems a good place to find the disappeared.
